COVID-19 Update

Everyone has felt the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, whether physically, emotionally or financially. For our industry – our members, partners and healthcare professionals – we see and feel the hardships and devastation this pandemic has caused. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who is working to ensure their patients and staff are safe and cared for during this unprecedented time.

As of now, the Medical Practice Excellence Conference will continue as planned Oct. 18-21, 2020., in San Antonio, Texas.

We are carefully monitoring information from the federal and state governments, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), and we are in constant communication with our conference partners. Your safety and health is our highest priority, and you will be updated if the status of the conference is impacted.

In the event that we must cancel the conference, we have updated our cancellation policy to provide flexibility and reassurance for those who register.

If you have any questions or concerns, our team  is here to help.

MGMA wants to ensure that you have quick and easy access to the resources you need in the era of COVID-19.

COVID-19 Resource Center

The Resource Center compiles the best content and resource links on operational issues during the pandemic, such as practice preparedness and communication, safety and PPE, telehealth, financial assistance and more. It is regularly updated, and all resources are free.

COVID-19 Action Center

The MGMA Government Affairs team continually tracks and advocates on the latest legislative and regulatory developments affecting medical practices. The Action Center includes analyses and tools to help medical practices navigate complex new laws, waivers and financial assistance programs amid the pandemic.

Thank you for your interest in Medical Practice Excellence Conference. This year’s theme is “Rise Above,” and we hope you will consider joining for what will be an educational, insightful and memorable event with an emphasis around strength, resiliency, new learnings from this pandemic, and paving a positive path for the future of healthcare.
