Payers increasingly exhort providers to resolve gaps and opportunities in care to help their revenues, quality ratings, and margins, increasingly overwhelming them with requests for documentation and responses. These demands swell practices’ overhead and can affect interactions with patients. Worse, the needs vary often by payer and by line of business. While technology to interchange data improves, most designs don’t focus on how better to simplify, engage, and prioritize attention, hence action. They don’t align stakeholders’ interests.
In this session we will highlight these misalignments, show how to address them in the design and flow of the solutions, and quantify gains that can be made by implementing this strategy to simplify and streamline the burden on your offices and staff while benefiting you and your patients.
This 60-minute webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:
- Discover major interests of stakeholders and how they often conflict
- Produce a strategy to align these interests in a mutually beneficial manner
- Demonstrate gains that have accrued from pursuing such a strategy in the real world
