Claiming Credit

Required Exam

If you wish to claim the following credit, you must first attend the webinar, then pass the associated exam with a score of 80% or higher. Registration is required for BOTH the webinar and the exam.

  • ACMPE, medical practice administrators in certification and Fellowship through ACMPE
    • Exam must be completed no later than: Nov. 27, 2020
  • CEU, generic continuing education unit
    • Exam must be completed no later than: Nov. 27, 2020

After you register for the exam, instructions on how to access the exam will be emailed to you.


Participants who want to claim continuing education credit must be individually registered for the webinar and subsequent exam. If participants would like to attend the webinar as a team using one person’s log-in credentials, the person who launched the webinar will need to email a list (first and last names) of all participants to after the webinar has concluded. MGMA will mark these individuals’ status as “completed” within five business days to allow each team participant to claim his or her desired continuing education credit.

American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE)

ACMPE credit continues to be a free member benefit and is available to registered webinar attendees who purchase and complete both the webinar and exam.

A cumulative total of 50 ACMPE continuing education credit hours is among the requirements for advancement to Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) status. Once you have advanced to CMPE or Fellow status, you must earn and submit 50 hours of qualifying credit hours every three years to maintain your designation.

She also has expertise in the Medicaid payer space, and her work has given her an in-depth understanding of payer, primary care, specialist, mental health, and community perspectives.

She has nine years of experience in consulting, program development, and product and program management roles, ensuring satisfaction and success to a diverse set of clients. Rachel is an energetic leader in the healthcare innovation field with experience in strategic planning, program development, implementation, management, web technologies, product management, and organizational development.
