The MGMA 2012 Oncology/Hematology Program is designed for group practice administrators, managers, executives, physicians, nurses or business accounting professionals involved in managing oncology/hematology groups. Attendance by administrator and physician teams is encouraged so you can better support each other in undertaking the challenges presented by today’s changing health care systems.

Room Rate

  • Guest rooms are $229 per night for single or double occupancy plus 15.4% state and local taxes (subject to change). Additional individuals in a room will incur an additional per-person charge per night.
  • Reserve your hotel room early!
  • MGMA has reserved a block of rooms until Monday, April 2, 2012. After this date, reservations at the group rate will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Rooms are available on a first-come first-serve basis and if the room block fills prior to the cut-off date, MGMA may not be able to procure more rooms at the group rate. Please identify yourself as an attendee of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) program when booking hotel reservations to receive the discounted group rate. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, guaranteed with a major credit card.
  • Any reservation canceled within 48 hours of their arrival date, will be charged for one (1) night’s room and tax. Early and late check-ins may be charged an additional fee.
