Earning points towards premium exhibit space at the MGMA 2010 Annual Conference is easy.
- MGMA's exhibit point plan recognizes our active corporate supporters.
- You can earn points towards your MGMA 2010 Annual Conference booth selection through a wide variety of means.
- Regardless of the times you've participated in the Annual Conferences, you have the ability to earn points by supporting MGMA in our various venues.
The point system for space assignment is as follows:
- 1 point for each 10 x10 booth space contracted for the MGMA 2009 Annual Conference
- 1 point per 10 x 10 booth space for 2010 Annual Conference contracts received on site at the 2009 Annual Conference with payment received by January 15, 2009.
- 1-5 points for exhibiting at past MGMA Annual Conferences. Exhibitor will receive one point for each year exhibited at the last five MGMA Annual Conferences (2004 - 2009).
- 1 point for each $1,000 in Sponsorships at the MGMA 2009 Annual Conference
- 1 point for each paid advertisement placed in the MGMA 2009 Annual Conference Exhibit Hall Happenings booklet.
- 1 point for each paid advertisement placed in the MGMA 2009 Annual Conference planner.
- 2 additional points for choosing option "5" on your MGMA 2009 Annual Conference exhibiting contract
- 1 point for each paid booth space contracted at each of the MGMA 2009 Spring Specialty Conferences
- 1 point for each $1,000 in Sponsorships at the MGMA 2009 Spring Specialty Conferences
- 1 point for each paid exhibit space contracted at each MGMA 2009 Fall Specialty Conferences
- 1 point for each $1,000 in Sponsorships at the MGMA 2009 Fall Specialty Conferences
- 1 point for each paid exhibit space contracted at each MGMA 2009 National Seminar Program
- 1 point for each MGMA Webinar sponsorship in 2009
- 1 point for each quarterly banner ad placement on mgma.com
- 1 point for each advertisement placed in an issue of MGMA Connexion during 2009. Full page advertisers fulfilling an 11 issue-advertising contract, will receive 2 points for each placement.
- 1 point for each full-page ad placed in the MGMA 2009 Resource Catalog
- 3 points for MGMA Corporate level Affiliates; must be a current affiliate during the MGMA 2009 Annual Conference
- 10 points for MGMA Gold level Affiliates; must be a current affiliate during the MGMA 2009 Annual Conference
- 1 point for every $1,000 paid towards MGMA Platinum Affiliation; must be a current affiliate during the MGMA 2009 Annual Conference
Important note about assignment of exhibit booth space
- No booth assignments can be made until a signed contract is accepted and full payment has been received.
- Provided these requirements are met, for applications received prior to the "Early Bird Deadline" January 15, 2010, booth space is assigned using a priority point system.
- Each booth will be assigned to the exhibitor with the most points which requested that space.
- In the event that two exhibitors requesting the same space have equal point totals, the space will be assigned to the exhibitor whose application and payment are received earliest.
Note: Merger or acquisition procedures – points will be calculated for the company with the higher number of points. Points will not be combined. Points will be accumulated once full payment is received. Non-fulfilled contracts will not earn points.
