Why haven't I received my complimentary report?
There are many reasons why your report may be running late – delayed postal delivery, we may have not yet published the results, your response may have been incomplete or deemed ineligible, etc.
In any case, contact Survey Operations for more information and to confirm that you are on the list to receive a free report.
I participated in the survey. Is there a discount on purchasing additional reports for participating organizations?
Survey participants can receive discounts on both the interactive CD and DataDive versions of the reports. MGMA members also enjoy discounts on all of our survey products.

I participated in the survey and then moved to a new practice. Why haven't I received my complimentary survey report?
Complimentary reports are provided to the organizations that submitted data, not to specific individuals.
I purchased a report, but also received a complimentary copy for participating. What do I do?
