Registration will open in late May 2013

Register by Sept. 6 and save $200 with our early bird discount. MGMA-ACMPE also offers a discounted rate for groups, students and faculty.

Member rates are a privilege of membership. To qualify, you must be a member at the time of registration.

Registration fees do not include your housing cost. Conference registration and housing must be booked at the same time. MGMA 2013 Annual Conference registration and housing registration will open in late May 2013.

Group discounts

MGMA offers group discounts for any registration category listed above except faculty and student; discounts are available when registering online. The first registration in the group is at full price; the following discounts apply to all other registrants’ fees:

  • Group of two to three attendees: $100 off each registration fee after the first full-paid registrant
  • Group of four to six attendees: $125 off each registration fee after the first full-paid registrant, starting with the fourth registrant in the group
  • Group of seven to 10 attendees: $150 off each registration fee after the first full-paid registrant, starting with the seventh registrant in the group

To receive the group discount rate, all individuals of the party must use the same group promotion code when registering. This code can be found on the registration confirmation for the first registrant in the group. Group discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Group discounts do not apply to the following registration categories: spouse, faculty, student or one-day conference rates.

Student and faculty registrations  

*To qualify for the student registration category, you must be a full-time student or resident. All faculty registrations are for full-time college or university faculty. You do not have to be a member of MGMA-ACMPE.

Proof of enrollment or faculty employment in an accredited university is required before registration can be verified. Fax proof of status to 301.694.5124, attention: MGMA Annual Conference.

Spouse registrations  

Spouse registrations are valid for an individual accompanying an MGMA 2013 Annual Conference attendee. This registration fee category does not include attendance at the concurrent sessions. Continuing education credit is not available for this registration fee category.

Spouse registration includes the following events:

  • Exhibit Hall
  • General sessions
  • Opening reception
  • Networking reception

Preconferences

Preconferences will be held Oct. 5-6, 2013, prior to the commencement of the MGMA 2013 Annual Conference. Additional fees are required for all preconferences.
