In fact, 75 percent of our on-the-job success is predicted not by intelligence, but by optimism, social support networks and the ability to positively manage energy and stress. In this session, Achor will define positive psychology and detail its practical applications for reaping the Happiness Advantage in the midst of change and challenge.

This session will provide you with the knowledge to:

  • Describe how to change your mindset
  • Identify five simple habits that rewire the brain for greater happiness
