Regarded as one of the most successful college football coaches of all time, College Football Hall of Famer Lou Holtz has built a reputation as a motivator who relishes overcoming seemingly impossible challenges through hard work. Known as a fixer of football programs following a series of head-coaching stints at the College of William and Mary, North Carolina State University, University of Arkansas and University of Minnesota, Holtz became the University of Norte Dame’s 27th head football coach in November 1985. He remained at Notre Dame for 11 seasons and guided the Fighting Irish to an overall record of 100-32-2.

After departing Notre Dame and spending six seasons with the University of South Carolina, Holtz took up a broadcasting career and currently appears as an ESPN college football studio analyst.

Holtz is the author of three New York Times best-selling books — The Fighting Spirit, Winning Everyday: A Game Plan for Success and Wins, Losses and Lessons — and has produced three acclaimed motivational videos.

ExperiaHealth was acquired by Vocera Communications and now drives the company’s thought leadership and research as the Experience Innovation Network.

As founder and chief executive officer of GoodThink, Shawn Achor is one of the world’s leading experts on the connection between happiness and success.

He has shared his research, once featured on the cover of Harvard Business Review, with chief executives in China, school children in South Africa, physicians in Dubai and farmers in Zimbabwe. He has also worked with the U.S. Department of Health to promote happiness. In 2012, Achor helped lead the Everyday Matters campaign with the National MS Society and Genzyme, aimed at showing that happiness remains a choice for those struggling with chronic illness.

In addition to his work with GoodThink, Achor teaches for the Wharton Business School’s Advanced Management Program and collaborates on research with Yale and Columbia universities.
