It has come to our attention that several unaffiliated wholesale hotel/travel groups have been soliciting MGMA participants and offering hotel accommodations for the MGMA 2016 Annual Conference in San Francisco. Unofficial companies may be offering discounted or wholesale hotel pricing.
Neither MGMA nor Experient can verify the authenticity of such companies or their representations, and will not be able to provide a resolution to issues related to such reservations. List Rental Alert!
It has come to our attention that several unaffiliated list rental agencies have been soliciting MGMA participants and business partners offering access to MGMA16 Conference attendee lists and MGMA member lists. These organizations are not affiliated with MGMA and MGMA will not be able to provide a resolution to issues related to the rental or use of any list you obtain from these companies. Please contact your account manager regarding renting lists with MGMA.

The MGMA16 Exhibit Hall offers a variety of booth sizes. All exhibit spaces are priced per 10’ x 10’ booth. Booth spaces are available in any configuration of 10’ x 10’ such as 20’ x 20’, 30’ x 30’, 50’ x 50’ and larger models. No tabletops are available.
A corporate membership can save you money on your booth and other conference opportunities. Contact an account manager for details.
A non-refundable, 50% deposit is due within 30 business days of reserving your booth. Final payment is due March 31, 2016. Full payment is due for booth reservations made April 1, 2016 or later. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in the release of your reserved booth without a refund.
