The deadline for making hotel reservations is Wednesday, April 21. Rooms and special group rates may not be available after this date. All rooms are subject to state and local taxes (currently 13 percent). All hotel reservations require a valid credit card number to guarantee your room. Your credit card may be charged one night's room and tax as a deposit. Remember to identify yourself as an attendee of the MGMA Financial Management and Payer Contracting Conference to receive this group rate.
Hotel cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before arrival. Failing that, either one night's room and tax will be charged to the credit card or the deposit will be retained.
