Get informed about the current trends, challenges and best practices for pathology practice administration. Industry experts and your respected peers will lead nine sessions across one and a half days that will prove critical to your future success.

PRE102: Optimizing Your Medical Practice: Current and Future Financial Performance Preconference*

Today’s medical practice must know and understand more than the revenue cycle. There are costs associated with the delivery of healthcare to each patient. By understanding these costs, the practice will be able to identify the quality and performance metrics to prepare for future payment models.

PRE103: Using Health Information Technology for Practice Improvement Preconference*

Although health information technology (HIT) has the promise to help automate and streamline medical practices, without having a strategic view of HIT, properly implementing technology and engaging staff in a continual optimization process, technology can become a burden to the practice rather than a panacea.
