Before a vendor is invited to join the network, we:
- Listen to member solution needs,
- Identify and assess prospective vendor matches, and
- Conduct pilot programs with MGMA-ACMPE members to test prospective partners products and services
- Negotiate special terms for our members
Once selected, we:
- Continuously monitor the vendor’s performance
- Serve as an advocate for the member to help resolve any dissatisfaction
