Peer-reviewed products, services and performance

You can trust that we invite vendors to join the MGMA AdminiServe Partner Network only after we have carefully determined that:

  • Their product(s) or service(s) match members’ input regarding their solution needs.
  • They’ve participated in carefully monitored product/service pilot programs with a segment of your MGMA-ACMPE member peer community.
  • Your peers have given them high marks for customer satisfaction in the pilot program.

Continuous monitoring; consistently high customer satisfaction

We have high expectations once a partner is selected for the network. To ensure that you are getting the quality you deserve again and again, we:

  • Formally monitor each partner’s performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Proactively solicit member feedback to ensure that partners are delivering consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Require that partners continue to meet high customer-satisfaction expectations.
  • Act as your advocate in rare instances of dissatisfaction to assist in resolving any issues.
