Install and dismantle companies must check in directly with ExpoPlus, MGMA's service contractor, not at the MGMA conference registration desk.
MGMA registration will be in N2 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The Exhibit Hall will be in N2, N3, and N4.
Set ups needing assistance from any motorized vehicles (forklifts, carts, etc.) must be complete by 5 p.m. to allow for installation of the aisle carpet. Times subject to change.

Hotel reservation deadline for individuals is Sept. 23, 2011. We must have a completed conference registration form before we are able to process your housing request. Booth raffles that are promoted extensively draw excitement and traffic to your booth. If you would like MGMA to promote your raffle prize and booth number before the conference, fill out the online giveaway and prize form by Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2011.
MGMA has added dedicated time to Tuesday's Exhibit Hall schedule to announce prize winners. Before the conference, MGMA will promote opportunities to win via the online event eGroup. In addition, we'll feature details we receive by the deadline on plasma screens throughout the convention center.

Any cancellation of the exhibit contract by the exhibitor requires that MGMA receives notification in writing. Download the MGMA 2011 Annual Conference Exhibitor Prospectus for all cancellation rules and policy details and fill out the MGMA 2011 Annual Conference Booth Cancellation Form and submit it to your account manager.
