Annual Conference cancellation policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to MGMA registration and are subject to the following scale: Cancellations received by Thursday, June 30, 2011, will be granted a refund, less a $150 processing fee. If cancellations are received between July 1 and Sept. 23, 2011, a 50 percent refund will be granted. (If your registration rate is $300 or less, MGMA will keep up to $150 as a processing fee for cancellation.) NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued after Friday, Sept. 23, 2011.

ACMPE workshops and examinations cancellation policy
Cancellations for ACMPE exams or workshops are subject to a $25 processing fee. Cancellations must be in writing and postmarked no later than 10 business days prior to each program.
Preconference cancellation policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to MGMA registration and are subject to the following scale: Cancellations received by Friday, Sept. 23, 2011, will be granted a refund, less a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after Friday, Sept. 23, 2011.
